Here is some shipping info: we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, however we can't guarantee that every order will be shipped the same day it is placed. Usually, if you order by 1PM, Monday-Friday, Pacific Time, we do ship the same day. You will receive an e-mail from UPS Quantum Notify with the tracking info once your order has been shipped. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they count them as delivery days.
All sales are final.
If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via the e- mail address provided with your online order. All orders are sent "Signature Required" so someone will have to sign for the package. UPS will not just leave it!
