If you have an issue that is covered under warranty - please contact us for a return/repair authorization BEFORE you send your machine! MACHINES SENT IN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITHOUT SERVICE.... Please follow these instructions:
Pack your machine securely so it doesn’t get damaged in shipping.
Insure it for the value of the machine and send it signature required.
In the box with the machine, include a note with your name, phone #, e-mail if you have one, and tattoo shop info where you work.
Include on the note a short description of what you’d like done, ie: re-tune, replace parts, etc.
For issues covered under warranty:
We will repair or replace your machine as determined. This will be done at no cost to you—you will not have to pay return shipping or any other charges.
We will re-tune your machine to factory specs and replace springs. Please include a money order payable to Micky Sharpz USA in the amount of $100 per machine. This covers labor, springs, and return shipping. You will be notified if there is any additional cost for other parts replacement. Please note: We re-tune and return your machine with ONLY Micky Sharpz parts —Â if you send the machine to us with other than Micky Sharpz parts —Â we replace them with Micky Sharpz parts and you will be charged for these additional parts.
Please allow 2 —Â 6 weeks turnaround time. It depends on how many machines are here is the workshop ahead of yours for tune-ups. Exception: warranty issues are handled asap! If you have any questions —Â feel free to contact us!
