Q: Where are Micky Sharpz machines made and are they still hand built?
A: Micky Sharpz machines are still hand built in Birmingham, England. The machines are built by only a handful of people who are trained to Micky Sharpz specifications.
Q: Where else can I buy Micky Sharpz machines in the USA?
A: We are the ONLY authorized distributer in the USA for Micky Sharpz machines! We sell via online, over the phone, and at select Tattoo Conventions – we DO NOT sell through tattoo shops or other suppliers. These machines are likely to be fake copies.
Q: How can I tell an authentic Micky Sharpz machine from a copy?
A: You can contact us by e-mail or phone. BEWARE OF IMITATIONS!! There are numerous copies and fake Micky Sharpz machines out there – cheap knock-offs are sold online and sometimes in tattoo shops and at conventions. We do not have “on the road” sales people either. These fake machines look much like real ones and even have fake boxes and certificates. DO NOT BE FOOLED by these copies! We have been in the tattoo industry for over 20 years and don’t want to see fellow tattooers cheated!
Q: What if I want to buy a gift for a professional tattooer.
A: No problem, just contact us via phone or e-mail. You will need to provide the tattooers details for verification.
Q: What if I see items on the Micky Sharpz UK site that are not on your website? Can I still order them here in the USA?
A: Yes, you can just contact us and we will get them for you. FYI – most items on the UK site and not on ours, are either not popular in the US because of the high cost of importing them, or are not applicable to the US market such as power supplies, etc. Micky Sharpz tattoo inks are not available in the US due to customs restrictions.
